The Team

Property Coverages

Golf Course

• coverage for entire golf course grounds

• $2,000,000 "tee to green" coverage with no per hole limitation [covered on a special perils basis]

• limits of up to $2,500 per tree/$75,000 per occurrence for replacement or replacement by relocation of existing tree on premises

Property and Facilities

• clubhouse, maintenance buildings, all other structures and personal property covered on a blanket basis without coinsurance

• coverage for cart paths, paved walkways, ball washers, benches, course markers, fences, bridges, retaining walls, irrigation systems, lightning detection systems, tennis courts, pools, fountains, signs, etc.

• systems breakdown coverage for all mechanical, electrical and HVAC equipment

• flood and earthquake coverage on buildings, personal property, business interruption and extra expense

Club Maintenance Equipment and Golf Carts

• coverage for newly acquired maintenance equipment and golf carts up to $500,000

• coverage for leased, borrowed, or rented equipment

• replacement cost coverage is provided regardless of age

Property of Members and Guests
