The Team

Golf Course

• coverage for entire golf course grounds
• $2,000,000 “tee to green” coverage with
  no per hole limitation (covered on a special
  perils basis)
• limits of up to $2500 per tree/ $75,000 per
  occurrence for replacement or replacement
  by relocation of existing tree on premises

Property and Facilities

• clubhouse, maintenance buildings, and all
  other structures and personal property
  covered on a blanket basis without
  coinsurance
• coverage for cart paths, paved walkways, ball
  washers, benches, course markers, fences,
  bridges, retaining walls, irrigation systems,
  lightning detection systems, tennis courts,
  pools, fountains, signs, etc.
• systems breakdown coverage for all
  mechanical, electrical and HVAC equipment

Club Maintenance Equipment and Golf Carts

• coverage for newly acquired maintenance
  equipment and golf carts up to $500,000
• coverage for leased, borrowed, or rented
  equipment
• replacement cost coverage is provided
  regardless of age

Property of Members and Guests

• golf equipment with no per bag limitations
• coverage included in blanket property limit
• garagekeepers coverage for valet operations

Blanket Business Interruption and Extra Expense

  suspended operations, as well as, any extra
