Golf Course

• coverage for entire golf course grounds
• $2,500,000 "tee to green" coverage with no per hole limitation (covered on a special perils basis) - includes debris removal
• $5,000 per tree up to a $250,000 maximum per occurrence

Property and Facilities

• extended replacement cost endorsement - provides an additional 25% of the blanket limit.
• clubhouse, maintenance buildings, and all other structures and personal property covered on a blanket basis without coinsurance
• coverage for cart paths, paved walkways, ball washers, benches, course markers, fences, bridges, retaining walls, irrigation systems, lightning detection systems, tennis courts, pools, fountains, signs, etc.

Blanket Business Income and Extra Expense
