Business Income & Extra Expense

• Business Income and Extra Expense coverage extended to “Membership Values” inclusive of the unused portion of prepaid membership fees.
• Actual Loss Sustained coverage.
• Coverage for loss of earnings from suspended operations, as well as other expenses sustained in order to maintain normal club operations.
• 24-month period of restoration.
• 180 day extended period of indemnity.
• Off premises power and utility failure including overhead transmission lines.
